What exactly is Easypark Docs?
A browser-based document toolkit sold as a monthly subscription. Five tools: an invoice generator, a receipt maker, a statement builder, a CSV-to-PDF table converter and a PDF merge tool. You sign in, fill in the fields, and download the finished PDF. There is nothing to install.
Is it an accounting or bookkeeping service?
No. It is software. It does not do bookkeeping, it does not file tax returns, it does not connect to your bank and it does not contact anyone on your behalf. It produces correct, consistent documents — that is the whole product.
What does it cost?
€79, €89 or €95 per month depending on the plan you choose. Every plan includes all five tools; plans differ only by how much you can process — documents per day, maximum file size, batch runs and team seats. There is no free tier, no trial and no per-document charge.
How do I pay?
By SEPA Direct Debit. You enter your account holder name, IBAN and bank at checkout and sign the mandate there. The mandate covers your own monthly subscription to Easypark Docs and nothing else. The same amount is collected on the same day each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Email us and we stop the next collection. Access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for; part-months are not refunded. Separately, under the SEPA scheme you may claim a refund from your own bank within 8 weeks of a collection, under the terms of your agreement with that bank.
What happens to the files I upload?
They are processed to produce your output and nothing else. We do not sell them, share them or use them for advertising.
